OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Ruby and Bonnie website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


SECTION 1 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically.

No physical shipping is required. Access is provided immediately after purchase via download or email confirmation.


SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING

Physical products are made to order and processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product type
  • production requirements
  • order volume

During periods of high demand (including product launches, promotions, and holidays), processing times may be extended.

All processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


SECTION 3 – SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.

Typical delivery timeframes after dispatch may range between 5–15 business days depending on location, however these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • shipping carrier disruptions
  • customs processing
  • peak periods
  • external factors beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.


SECTION 4 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

For international orders, you may be responsible for:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • handling fees

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in your order total.


SECTION 5 – TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active.


SECTION 6 – SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


SECTION 7 – LOST OR DELIVERED ORDERS

An order is not considered lost solely due to delays.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, you must:

  • check with neighbours or reception
  • check safe delivery locations
  • contact the shipping carrier

We may assist where possible, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements where delivery is confirmed, except where required by law.


SECTION 8 – UNCOLLECTED OR RETURNED ORDERS

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to:

  • incorrect address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal to accept delivery
  • failure to pay customs duties or taxes

We may deduct any associated shipping, return, handling, or administrative costs from any refund or reshipment, where permitted by law.
