About Ruby and Bonnie
Who are Ruby and Bonnie?
We're two real-life sisters who create educational, funny, and family-friendly videos! We believe that learning should never be boring, so we mix humor, creativity, and real knowledge into every video we make. Our goal is to make content that the whole family can enjoy together.
Where can I watch your videos?
You can find us on YouTube and our other social media channels! Search for "Ruby and Bonnie" to find our latest videos. We post regularly, so make sure to subscribe so you never miss a new episode.
Is your content safe for kids?
Absolutely! All of our content is family-friendly and suitable for kids of all ages. We keep things positive, educational, and fun — no inappropriate content, ever.
Orders & Shopping
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and check out! It's that easy. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at orders@rubyandbonnie.com if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but once an order is in production we may not be able to make changes.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days. After that, standard shipping takes 5–10 business days domestically. Express options are available at checkout. For international orders, please allow up to 14–21 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
My package hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link to see the latest update. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office. If it's been more than 5 business days past the expected delivery date, please contact us at orders@rubyandbonnie.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details on how to start a return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! If you'd like a different size, simply return your item and place a new order. Contact us at orders@rubyandbonnie.com and we'll guide you through the process.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please take a photo of the item and email us at orders@rubyandbonnie.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right!
